Some more photos from us in the South

We have three chickens and get lots of eggs. Our class looks after them.

Everyone in the school joined together to make 5 different mosaics, they are displayed around the school.
We did an experiment on explosions. This was a mentos in coke. It was fun. The record is 9metres high ours was not very good. this is how high it went.
You can see the Pacific Ocean from our school gates. It is at the end of this road, across State Highway 1.

    1. No we didn't drink it even though there was lots left because Coke has lots of sugar and caffienne which isn't good for you.

    1. We live between two small rivers the Pareora and the Otaio. They get lots of water when it rains other times there's not much water flowing.

    1. We had a big bottle of cake and a small bottle. The small bottle had a bigger explosion. We did a volcano eruption in the sandpit, it was fun to watch.

    1. Our pool is about 15m long and not very deep. It is heated by a heat pump and solar heating. It is a covered pool. Our grass is dying off too because we've not had much rain. It has been very hot but it's getting cooler now. We do have different bins and we're learning to use them properly. The hill sounds like fun we don't have one - yet!!!

    1. We get a cold wind off the sea and we can't play there but we can fish at the beach. Most of us live on farms away from the beach.
